Job Summary

The Senior Manager of Business Analytics is responsible for leading and managing a team of business analysts to deliver comprehensive data-driven insights that support multiple business stakeholders and align with the organization’s long-term goals.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee development and governance of dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting
  • Identify new AI and analytics capabilities that create competitive advantage
  • Provide insights around funding, chargebacks, margins, and vendor performance
  • Drive cross-divisional processes and collaborate with senior management to optimize business performance across the company
  • Guide strategic initiatives, foster a culture of excellence, and ensure that the analytics function effectively supports the organization’s growth and success

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Mathematics, Applied Statistics, or Business Analytics
  • Experience: At least 7 years of related experience or combination of experience and education. At least 2 years of experience directly managing people including hiring, developing, motivating, and directing people as they work.
  • Knowledge / Skills / Abilities: Experience with SAP, SQL, Tableau, and CRM. Experience identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems. Experience analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions. Experience controlling and coordinating concurrent projects, competing priorities and critical deadlines. Experience and skills in influencing, leading and directing individuals in multiple functional areas. Intermediate level skill in Microsoft PowerPoint (for example: applying a theme, formatting character spacing, inserting a picture, changing slide layout and theme colors, adding transitions, customizing slide numbers, changing chart style and/or formatting font). Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: sort and filter large datasets; build Pivot Tables, comfortability using XLOOKUPs, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS).

The Anticipated Salary Range For This Position $134,000.00 - $201,000.00 Annual. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible.
