Responsibilities

  • Identify new sales opportunities with new and existing customers for assigned products.
  • Improve profitability, product penetration, product mix, and inventory turn with all customers for assigned products.
  • Ensure effective product performance and promote good customer and supplier relations.
  • Assist all customers with sales and technical support for assigned products and resolve customer service issues.
  • Communicate value proposition to customers and propose sales solutions.
  • Promote existing products and present new product opportunities to drive sales and profits.
  • Develop and build relationships with internal business units and clients to grow sales and solidify QXO’s partnership.
  • Analyze and monitor sales and profitability, and collaborate with sales and pricing teams to develop sales solutions and competitive pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to enhance product/solution conversion rates and capitalize on cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Conduct continuous market research and gather customer insights to tailor strategies and drive growth.
  • Proactively identify and address potential risks to inventory or revenue targets and craft effective mitigation strategies.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years’ experience with a bachelor’s degree, equivalent industry experience preferred.
  • Self-motivated, high energy, persistent, and sense of urgency.
  • Proven track record of sales success and ability to drive growth and maintain a large book of business.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and implement solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in problem solving, creative and innovative.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and work cross-functionally.
  • Superior interpersonal skills, proficient in written and verbal communications.
  • Working knowledge of assigned product line, customer support/service, and inventory management.
  • Possesses well-developed consultative selling skills and confidence in negotiation win/win outcomes.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and digital sales platforms, experience with private label programs is a plus.
