Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the DevOps team
- Oversee design and maintenance of DevOps processes
- Collaborate with development and IT teams to automate processes
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Ensure security and compliance in DevOps practices
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators
- Stay updated on industry trends and evaluate their application
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- 8+ years experience in DevOps or similar role
- 3+ years in a leadership role
- Familiarity with AWS or Google Cloud
- Experience with cloud-based microservice infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of DevOps tools including GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools
