Responsibilities
- Oversee development of adaptive, context-aware UI components
- Create and maintain a modular framework for personalized user experiences
- Create scalable processes to accelerate delivery from prototype to production
- Build collaborative stakeholder relationships to drive adoption of new frameworks
- Lead and develop a team of UX engineers, motion designers, and architects
Qualifications
- 5+ years managing front-end or full-stack development teams
- 12+ years of related experience
- Experience with reusable UI components and libraries
- Fluency in LLM-based coding agents like Claude Code or Gemini Code
- Expertise in React & TypeScript, particularly with React Hooks and state management
- Experience with large-scale web application architecture and optimization
- Proficient in software development best practices, including version control and testing
