Responsibilities

  • Lead the Deal Desk function from idea to execution, ensuring high-quality deal structures and unblocking key commercial issues.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Product teams to drive revenue and ensure consistent execution in overlapping areas.
  • Exercise supervision over deal costs, commercial methods, and talent management within your reporting line.
  • Use our AI-powered tools to streamline the deal approval lifecycle and provide data-driven insights for complex negotiations.
  • Shape the way we adopt secure, scalable commercial practices that align with our AI-native product strategy.
  • Identify risk and customer impact within large-scale contracts, offering mitigations and path-to-plans for executive review.
  • Influence the product roadmap and GTM strategy by highlighting commercial pinch points and market trends.

Requirements

Extensive experience in SaaS Deal Desk operations, with a proven track record of managing complex, multi-year software agreements. 7+ years of experience with a strong background in leadership and team mentorship. Strong understanding of AI tools and how they impact software development and security workflows. Bias for action and the ability to solve pertinent internal and customer challenges based on sound judgment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to act as a strategic advisor to internal and external executives. Proven ability to operate in a high-growth environment, leading a team to hit organizational performance targets.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with forecasting tools like Clari to assist in revenue predictability. Build presentations that keep a meeting room awake during complex QBRs or deal reviews. Have a sense of humour — we take our mission seriously, but not ourselves!

Benefits

Annual Salary Range: $144,000-180,000 USD
Annual Bonus: 15%
