About the role
This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a regulated financial services environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data and AI governance frameworks and policies
- Establish accountability for data ownership, quality, and appropriate use
- Create a governance process for AI use cases throughout their lifecycle
- Develop responsible-AI principles addressing transparency and fairness
- Maintain an inventory of data assets and AI use cases alongside stakeholders
- Define governance requirements based on risk classifications of use cases
- Embed governance into development and change-management processes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in data governance, AI governance, technology risk, or related fields
- Experience in building or enhancing data or AI governance programs
- Strong knowledge in data ownership, stewardship, and lifecycle management
- Familiar with AI concepts like generative AI and performance monitoring
- Skilled in creating practical, risk-based governance policies for tech environments
- Ability to navigate and coordinate across governance, risk, and compliance functions
- Proven capability to influence executives and manage cross-functional teams

Pay
$203,300 – $282,300 annually
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
