- Strong cybersecurity consulting background.
- Proven ability to identify, shape and close new opportunities.
- Demonstrated experience growing existing client accounts.
- Experience leading large cybersecurity transformation programmes.
- Strong executive stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary delivery teams.
- Ability to contribute to practice growth, talent development and thought leadership.

- Proven consulting and business development experience.
- Strong client-facing and commercial capability.
Ideal Requirements
- CCSP certification.
- Microsoft Security certifications (SC-100, SC-200, AZ-500).
- AWS Security certification.
- TOGAF, SABSA or ISO 27001 qualifications.
