About the role

The Senior Manager, CX Services Operations will lead the support and operations for Customer Success initiatives. This role will oversee the implementation and optimization of customer support processes, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and optimize customer support processes to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Manage and mentor a team of support representatives to ensure they meet or exceed performance goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to align support strategies with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that drive customer success.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures related to customer support and operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service, operations management, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of support representatives.
  • Experience with AI tools and their integration into customer support processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on customer feedback and support metrics.

  • Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
  • Experience with CRM systems and other customer support tools.
