Senior Manager, Customer Success - West

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Success - West to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This leader will oversee a regional customer success function focused on enterprise client outcomes, ensuring teams deliver strong adoption, retention, and value realization across the portfolio. The role will guide and develop a team of Customer Success Managers while partnering closely with senior customer stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams to strengthen engagement and drive customer health. It is well suited for a leader who can coach teams to operate as trusted advisors, navigate escalations effectively, and translate customer results into measurable business impact.
