Responsibilities
- Own and manage relationships with strategic healthcare accounts
- Translate clinical needs into actionable commercial strategies
- Develop and implement the Healthcare Commercial Playbook
- Oversee deployment process ensuring compliance and quality in healthcare settings
- Conduct Business Reviews to assess clinical adoption and outcomes
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance support for healthcare partners
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and manage renewals
Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist or Doctor of Chiropractic
- 5+ years in healthcare or performance environments, specifically in outpatient settings
- 5+ years in customer success, account management, or clinical roles
- Proven ability to manage commercial outcomes for healthcare accounts
- Experience in building systems and processes in early-stage or scaling environments
- Strong metric-driven approach to demonstrate ROI
- Ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced setting
Pay
$120,000 – $150,000 annually
