About the Opportunity
The Senior Manager, Customer Education & Enablement will lead the development and scaling of customer education programs and resources. This role is pivotal in designing learning experiences that help customers become self-sufficient and expand their use of the platform, thereby increasing customer engagement and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute customer enablement strategy and scalable educational programs.
- Develop self-service knowledge resources with practical guidance focused on workflows and best practices.
- Create engaging educational content including videos, guides, playbooks, and webinars.
- Design and evolve learning paths, certifications, and programs for various customer roles.
- Develop templates, toolkits, and accelerators to facilitate customer adoption.
- Deliver workshops, webinars, and events to increase customer engagement and awareness.
- Manage and improve systems and tools that support customer education and self-service experiences.
Requirements
- Experience in building and scaling customer education or enablement programs within SaaS organizations.
- Familiarity with revenue enablement, sales enablement, learning technologies, or related software.
- Proven ability to develop customer education strategies based on adult learning or instructional design principles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable with both content creation and customer-facing education.
- Experience with enablement technologies such as knowledge management and learning management systems.
- Strong program management skills for independent initiative development and execution.
- A portfolio demonstrating exceptional communication and instructional design skills is highly valued.
Pay
- Base salary range: $130,000 to $160,000
- Variable bonus target: 10%
