Senior Manager, CS Upgrade Technical Delivery Lead

This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Responsibilities

• Oversee planning and execution of software upgrades with minimal business disruption
• Provide technical guidance to development teams on coding and deployment best practices
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely delivery of upgrades
• Act as the primary contact for stakeholders on upgrade projects, providing updates and managing expectations
• Analyze upgrade impacts based on release notes and code changes to predict effects on applications
• Debug custom and base code to propose solutions for implementation challenges
• Leverage the company tools for analysis and create low-impact upgrade paths

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience in network administration, programming, or information systems
• Minimum 6 years in software development roles
• Customer-facing experience is required
• Proven experience managing teams and direct reports
• Deep knowledge of the company product suite and technical components

Pay

$100,800 – $157,600 annually
