Description At Living Proof, the Creative team sits at the center of every major product launch and brand campaign. From innovation launches and integrated marketing campaigns to retail, ecommerce, social, PR, education, and consumer engagement, Creative partners across the organization to bring our brand to life. We're looking for a strategic Creative Operations leader to build and lead the operational foundation that enables this work—creating the processes, partnerships, and planning needed to deliver exceptional creative with speed, clarity, and impact. As the Senior Manager, Creative Operations, you will serve as the operational leader for the Creative organization, partnering closely with Creative, Brand Marketing, Innovation, Consumer Marketing, Social, PR, Ecommerce, Sales, Finance, and agency partners to ensure our creative work is strategically planned, appropriately resourced, and seamlessly executed across every stage of the go-to-market process. This role blends strategic operational leadership with exceptional project execution. You'll own the creative operations strategy for the team—establishing scalable processes, driving cross-functional planning, managing budgets and resources, optimizing tools and workflows, and ensuring every initiative moves efficiently from concept through launch. As a trusted partner to Creative leadership, you'll help shape not only how work gets done, but how the organization continues to evolve and scale. What You'll Do Lead Creative Operations & Go-to-Market Planning Lead the end-to-end planning process for the Creative organization, ensuring work is aligned to business priorities from annual planning through launch. Partner with Creative leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business objectives into clear creative roadmaps that support innovation launches, integrated marketing campaigns, retail programs, ecommerce initiatives, social content, PR moments, education, and always-on brand storytelling. Establish planning rhythms that provide visibility into priorities, timelines, dependencies, and key milestones across the business. Facilitate cross-functional planning conversations that align stakeholders early, proactively identify risks, and ensure launches remain on track from concept through execution. Serve as a strategic partner to Creative and Marketing leadership, continuously evolving how the organization plans, prioritizes, and delivers creative work while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, collaboration, and execution. Drive Resource Planning & Delivery Excellence Own creative intake, prioritization, and capacity planning across the Creative organization, ensuring resources are aligned to business priorities while balancing team workload and long-term organizational health. Partner with Creative leadership to forecast workload, evaluate resource needs, and develop staffing strategies that effectively leverage internal talent, freelancers, and agency partners. Proactively identify resource constraints, competing priorities, and execution risks, helping leadership make informed decisions and navigate tradeoffs. Establish clear expectations around project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables while driving accountability and transparency across cross-functional teams. Own Budget & Operational Planning Partner with Creative leadership and Finance to develop, manage, and forecast the Creative department budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively while maintaining strong financial discipline. Oversee agency, freelancer, production, and external vendor relationships, including scoping, onboarding, purchase orders, contracts, and budget tracking. Continuously evaluate opportunities to improve efficiency, optimize investments, and scale resources in support of business priorities. Build Scalable Processes & Operational Excellence Continuously evaluate and improve how creative work flows through the organization. Design scalable processes that reduce complexity, improve collaboration, and enable teams to move efficiently without compromising creative quality. Develop and maintain playbooks, governance models, and standardized ways of working that strengthen briefing, prioritization, approvals, asset delivery, and cross-functional collaboration. Champion a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to simplify workflows and increase organizational effectiveness as the business evolves. Lead Creative Systems & Workflow Optimization Own the Creative team's operational technology ecosystem, ensuring systems support visibility, accountability, and efficient execution across the organization. Serve as the primary owner of Asana, continuously evolving workflows, templates, dashboards, automations, reporting, and best practices to support increasingly complex business needs. Oversee Bynder governance, ensuring digital assets are organized, discoverable, and maintained according to best practices while preserving asset integrity across the organization. Identify opportunities to leverage automation, AI-enabled solutions, and emerging technologies that improve efficiency, accelerate delivery, and enhance the overall creative experience. Foster Strong Cross-Functional Partnerships Build trusted relationships across Marketing, Innovation, Consumer Marketing, Social, PR, Ecommerce, Sales, Finance, and other key business partners to ensure creative priorities remain aligned with broader business objectives. Act as the central operational partner between Creative and the broader organization, bringing structure to ambiguity, facilitating decision-making, and creating alignment across multiple stakeholders with competing priorities. Develop operational reporting and performance metrics that provide meaningful visibility into team capacity, workflow health, project delivery, and organizational effectiveness, using data and insights to continuously improve how the Creative organization operates. Requirements 8+ years of experience in creative operations, creative program management, marketing operations, agency operations, or a related operational leadership role. Experience leading operations within an in-house creative, marketing, or brand organization, ideally in beauty, consumer goods, retail, or another fast-paced consumer industry. Demonstrated success leading end-to-end go-to-market planning and operational execution for integrated marketing campaigns and product launches. Strong experience with strategic resource planning, capacity management, budgeting, forecasting, and vendor management. Experience designing and implementing scalable operational processes that improve collaboration, visibility, and execution across cross-functional organizations. Deep proficiency with project management platforms such as Asana and digital asset management systems such as Bynder or similar tools. Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of an organization without direct authority. A continuous improvement mindset and passion for building operational excellence that enables outstanding creative work.
