Senior Manager, Coupa Operations - P2P (Remote)
About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Coupa Operations - P2P (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will lead procurement operations and the ongoing optimization of purchase-to-pay processes across a global shared services environment. The position will serve as a key connector between business units, systems, and operational teams to strengthen adoption, compliance, and measurable performance. The ideal candidate will bring deep Coupa P2P expertise, strong ERP integration knowledge, and a track record of leading people and process improvement at scale. They will also help shape a center of excellence approach that captures value through disciplined operations, analytics, and continuous improvement. The work will have broad impact on procurement execution, system effectiveness, and the efficiency of indirect spend operations in a multinational setting.
Responsibilities
- Lead and enhance administration and shared service center teams
- Serve as the center of excellence for purchase-to-pay processes and related modules to capture value
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to drive user adoption
- Champion best practices and measure performance to support continuous improvement
- Improve procurement operations to streamline processes and ensure compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, procurement, supply chain, IT, or a related field
- 7+ years of expert-level experience with Coupa P2P operations and modules
- Strong understanding of P2P system integrations with ERP systems, including SAP
- Proficiency in financial analysis and indirect procurement sourcing practices
- 10+ years of experience as a global people leader with excellent communication skills
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities for P2P processes
