About the role

We are seeking a Manager or Senior Manager in Tax to join a dynamic team providing tax compliance and advisory services to a diverse client portfolio, including Fortune 100 companies and emerging businesses.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating on income tax accounting (ASC 740)
• Managing client relationships
• Overseeing team members and projects
• Ensuring high-quality service delivery
• For Senior Managers: focusing on risk management, financial performance, and business development opportunities
• Mentoring staff
• Managing client engagements
• Contributing to market growth

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of corporate tax experience (Senior Manager: eight years)
• Relevant degree
• Professional credentials such as CPA, EA, or JD/LLM
• Strong knowledge of corporate taxation, consolidations, ASC 740, and tax provisions
• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex tax issues effectively
