About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Corporate FP&A. You will play a critical role in driving financial planning and analysis for our company. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to provide strategic insights and recommendations to support business decisions and drive financial performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the corporate financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, planning models and systems, Monthly/Quarterly Business Review cycle, and long-term planning
  • Champion the Corporate FP&A process and systems roadmap including the development and maintenance of enterprise-wide FP&A processes, cadences, and systems to increase FP&A efficiency and effectiveness
  • Support business development and capital markets (e.g., warehouse financings, M&A, capital raises)
  • Coordinate with Business Unit finance to:
    • Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making and provide insights into business performance
    • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reporting and analysis
    • Conduct variance analysis and identify areas for improvement and cost savings
    • Support the development of business cases for new initiatives and investments
  • Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support to senior leadership as needed
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Prepare materials for the board and investors
  • Oversee staff of one (and more as we grow)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in FP&A, with 7+ years of total experience including investment banking, private equity, consulting, or corporate development
  • History of navigating and solving complex and unstructured challenges
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Excellent attention to detail, with ability to delve deep into the numbers without losing sight of the bigger picture
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proven track record of driving financial performance and identifying areas for improvement
  • Experience with financial services and financial technology industries is a plus
  • Experience with FP&A and BI tools such as Looker, Anaplan, Tableau is a plus

Pay

This role has a base salary range of $150,000 - $220,000. Compensation is determined based on experience, skill level, and qualifications, which are assessed during the interview process.
