Senior Manager, Corporate Finance Advisory

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic client engagements focusing on financial modeling and forecasting to enhance enterprise value
• Serve as a senior advisor to CFOs, providing insights on project finance, M&A, and corporate transactions
• Recommend advanced financial reporting tools aligned with clients' strategic objectives
• Utilize unique skills like coding and FP&A tools to enhance client solutions and internal capabilities
• Drive business development, including scoping and proposal development to expand the client portfolio
• Mentor engagement teams to foster a collaborative high-performance culture and develop future leaders
• Contribute to the Corporate Finance Advisory practice through thought leadership and innovation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred
• 5-10+ years of experience in corporate finance or business advisory, with proven leadership in complex engagements
• CFA, CPA, or similar credential strongly preferred
• Strong business development skills, including proposal writing and client relationship management
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; proficiency in FP&A tools preferred
• Excellent communication and analytical skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders
• Able to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment

Pay

$179,850 – $340,970 annually
