Senior Manager, Corporate Accounting

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Accounting to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will oversee core corporate accounting operations in a high-growth environment, with a strong focus on close management, controls, and accurate financial reporting. The position partners closely with accounting leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve process discipline, manage risk, and ensure the integrity of the company’s books and records. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical accounting expertise and hands-on leadership experience in a setting with complex transactions or inventory considerations. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $170,000 – $200,000 annually Responsibilities Own day-to-day operations of U.S. corporate accounting close processes Manage the close calendar and dependencies across accounting functions Identify and assess risks, presenting recommendations to management Ensure accurate synchronization of data within the ERP system Oversee accrual governance and lease accounting under ASC 842 Lead financial variance analysis and prepare reporting narratives Directly manage and mentor a team of corporate accountants Qualifications 8-10+ years in corporate accounting, including 3+ years in a management role Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, OPEX reporting, and internal control frameworks Experience in high-growth technology or inventory-intensive sectors Proficiency in Tier-1 ERP systems like NetSuite or Oracle and close management tools Active CPA certification required Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Mental health resources Employee product benefit with discounts for friends and family 20 days paid time off, plus 13 paid holidays and 8 wellness days Paid sick leave and parental leave Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
