Senior Manager, Commercial Data Governance & Management

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial Data Governance & Management to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. In this remote role, you will lead the strategy and execution of commercial data governance across critical healthcare data domains. You will partner closely with commercial teams and IT to strengthen data stewardship, improve data quality, and ensure consistent definitions and ownership across the organization. This position plays a key role in building scalable governance practices that support effective decision-making and trusted commercial insights. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $173,000 – $196,000 annually Responsibilities Develop and maintain the commercial data governance framework Establish policies and standards across commercial data domains Facilitate governance meetings and ensure alignment on data definitions Resolve data ownership and quality issues proactively Promote adoption of data governance standards across commercial functions Lead stewardship for healthcare-related data hierarchies Coordinate maintenance and governance of master data assets in collaboration with IT Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred 7+ years of experience in Commercial Data Management, Data Governance, or related biopharma functions Experience implementing governance programs and stewardship frameworks Familiarity with metadata, data catalogs, and data quality initiatives Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial data sources Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Life, long-term, and short-term disability insurance Paid parental leave policy 401K plan with company match Unlimited vacation time Tuition assistance programs Participation in an employee stock purchase program Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
