Responsibilities
- Collaborate in evaluating delinquent and high-risk accounts to identify collection opportunities
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate payment strategies and products
- Coach and train team members while conducting quality audits and managing vendor relationships
- Develop long-term client relationships to drive trust and loyalty
- Analyze account performance regularly to enhance customer experiences and address complex issues
- Implement loss mitigation strategies for resolving non-performing accounts
- Lead change management initiatives to improve operational processes
Qualifications
- 7+ years relevant experience and a degree in related field or equivalent education and experience
- Expertise in federal, state/provincial and local laws related to Consumer Collections
- In-depth understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends
- Exceptional negotiation abilities and seasoned professional background
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and influence skills
