Senior Manager, Clinical Trials

This role supports clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution within a Pharmaceuticals & Biotech environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement clinical trial activities according to study protocols, interacting with sites and vendors
• Manage and mentor the clinical research team, fostering career development
• Oversee study contracts, budgets, and vendor payments efficiently
• Develop department procedures in collaboration with department leadership
• Design essential study documents such as protocols and informed consent forms
• Train external parties, including CROs and investigators, on the protocol and related regulations
• Monitor clinical trial progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 5-10 years of clinical research experience, including 3-5 years in clinical trial management
• 2+ years of experience managing clinical research staff; CRO management experience is a plus
• Expertise in trial management including design, implementation, and site monitoring
• Familiarity with clinical research regulations and guidelines

Pay

$141,300 – $176,600 annually
