About the role
We are seeking a Senior Manager Clinical Pharmacy to lead specialty pharmacotherapy clinic programs in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities
- Oversee, implement, and optimize clinical pharmacy services for complex and chronic conditions
- Ensure evidence-based, high-quality patient care
- Manage program performance
- Lead focus areas including Pharmacotherapy Specialty Services (e.g., Rheumatology, Gastroenterology, Cardiology) and Oncology and Anticoagulation Services
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy
- Valid state Pharmacist License
- Minimum of 5 years ambulatory pharmacy clinical experience
- Minimum of 3 years clinical leadership experience
Preferred qualifications
- PharmD
- Advanced degrees
- Experience in collaborative drug therapy management
