For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Clinical Operations to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will oversee the day-to-day execution of clinical studies, ensuring programs move forward on time, on budget, and in alignment with protocol and regulatory expectations. You will partner closely with internal study teams and CROs to guide trial delivery, resolve issues as they arise, and keep key milestones on track. The position calls for strong clinical operations leadership across global studies, with a focus on study execution, vendor coordination, and cross-functional accountability. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $132,000 – $172,000 annually Responsibilities Manage daily oversight of internal study teams and CROs to ensure successful clinical trial execution Triage and resolve study issues, or escalate them to Clinical Operations Management as needed Evaluate unpredictable scenarios while maintaining project timelines in accordance with study protocols Manage program timelines and budgets, and ensure on-time delivery of study milestones Guide functional activities to ensure clinical studies comply with study plans and regulatory requirements Track study status, timelines, enrollment, and site start-up status for assigned trials Develop and provide input into clinical study documents and oversee CRO and vendor budgets Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and applicable job experience 7+ years of clinical trial experience, including 2+ years managing clinical studies at a sponsor or CRO Experience with global regulatory requirements for clinical research, including US CFR, EU CTD, and ICH E6 (R2) GCP Phase 1-3 study experience, including international studies, is preferred Proficiency in MS Office and clinical systems such as IRT and eTMF Benefits Comprehensive health, financial, work-life, and well-being offerings Wellness and employee support programs Life insurance and disability coverage Retirement plans with employer match Generous paid time off Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
