Senior Manager, Centralized Tax Operations

About the role

Drive tax operations across multiple locations, ensuring compliance and efficiency. Manage relationships with external tax advisors and internal stakeholders. Lead initiatives to improve tax processes and reduce costs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tax compliance and reporting for all relevant jurisdictions.
• Manage relationships with external tax advisors and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely tax filings.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance tax operations and reduce costs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in tax operations or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage complex tax projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• CPA certification preferred.
• Experience with tax software and systems.
• Knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
