Key Responsibilities
- Lead forecasting processes to produce outputs, analytics, and insights that inform senior executive decision-making, investor communications, and regulatory submissions.
- Assist executive leadership with understanding and using the results of the forecast.
- Oversee the development and execution of NII forecasting frameworks, including modeling approaches, attribution methodologies, and scenario analysis used to understand financial performance and key drivers.
- Partner with Finance, Risk, Technology, and other business stakeholders to improve data architecture, enhance forecast integration, and strengthen end-to-end processes to increase transparency, consistency, and responsiveness to changing business conditions.
- Establish governance frameworks and quality standards across forecasting outputs and analytical processes.
- Build and develop a high-performing team focused on accountability, analytical rigor, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant experience across Treasury, ALM, balance sheet management, capital markets, or fixed income analytics.
- Deep knowledge of NII forecasting, capital management (including CCAR), liquidity management, and interest rate risk in a large financial institution.
- Strong fixed-income investment modeling and analytical expertise.
- Experience developing forecasting frameworks, scenario analysis, and attribution methodologies to support management decision-making.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with high standards for clarity and precision.

Provide forward-looking scenario analysis and articulate implications for capital, liquidity, and earnings performance. - Leadership & Benchstrength - Proven leadership experience (3+ years) managing teams and driving organizational transformation. Track record of leading diverse teams to deliver against both strategic and execution-focused objectives. Balance leadership oversight with selective hands-on engagement in modeling and analytics. Build a high-accountability culture focused on execution, analytical rigor, and continuous improvement. Lead, develop and motivate a high performing geographically distributed team (multi-time zone, hybrid structure).
- Transformation & Capability Building - Advance forecasting capabilities across automation, data architecture, and analytical tooling. Improve forecasting frameworks, attribution methodologies, and scenario analysis. Drive evolution from production forecasting to strategic analytics and insight generation. Enhance and apply robust “sanity check” frameworks to validate forecast outputs and ensure results align with economic intuition and business drivers. Translate macroeconomic shifts (e.g., rate changes) into expected financial impacts and challenge model outputs accordingly. Proficiency in ALM / NIR / Capital forecasting platforms (e.g., PolyPaths, QRM, or similar).
