Senior Manager, Attack Engineering

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of Attack and Full-Stack Engineers
• Set technical direction and quality standards for external capabilities
• Mentor team members to improve delivery quality and clarity
• Own offensive strategies for various enterprise attack surfaces
• Guide development of end-to-end attack methodologies
• Ensure alignment of NodeZero capabilities with modern attacker tradecraft
• Collaborate with Product and Design to enhance product offerings

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading offensive security or red team teams
• Proven experience managing teams of 6-10+ engineers
• Technical depth in offensive security with strategic leadership ability
• Strong expertise in external attack surfaces and enterprise SaaS platforms
• Background in software engineering, preferably with Python
• Experience with CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code tools
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
