About the role
This role will shape brand and customer engagement initiatives that strengthen market presence and business impact. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a technology-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Director of Creative to lead visual direction across all campaigns
- Drive concepts and execution of design and art direction projects
- Set the visual tone, guiding teams to produce sharper outputs
- Shape and maintain Depop's brand identity consistently across all platforms
- Build ideas that transcend screen-based experiences and activations
- Mentor designers and art directors to elevate creative output
- Work cross-functionally with various teams to align creative with strategic goals
- Present work confidently to stakeholders and partners
- Identify collaboration opportunities that align with Depop's values
- Stay updated on visual culture, design trends, and consumer behavior
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in creative, art direction, and graphic design in a Senior role
- Strong creative vision and understanding of marketing and digital performance channels
- Proven expertise in visual storytelling with a strong portfolio
- Hands-on experience with campaigns and brand design
- Ability to guide and support teams while being actively involved in creative work
- Clear and confident communicator
- Proficiency in Figma and Google Slides; Adobe Suite knowledge preferred
Pay
$144,000 – $175,000 annually
