Senior Manager, Applied Science, Prime Video - Content Generation Team
Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years of applied research experience
- 5+ years of management experience with scientists and/or machine learning engineers
- 5+ years of building machine learning models for business application experience
- PhD, or Master's degree and 6+ years of applied research experience
- Knowledge of ML, NLP, Information Retrieval and Analytics
- Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers, especially involving Generative AI, machine learning and computer vision.
- Experience with 2D/3D animation and world models
Skills
Apply state of the art generative AI, graphics, audio and computer vision research to video centric digital media.
Requirements
Lead the research direction for a team of deeply talented applied scientists, creating the roadmaps for forward-looking research and communicate them effectively to senior leadership.

Pay
Base salary range: $218,800.00 - $295,900.00 USD annually for USA, CA, Culver City; $251,600.00 - $340,300.00 USD annually for USA, CA, Sunnyvale
