About the role

As a Senior Manager, AI Infrastructure Operations, you will lead the development and management of AI infrastructure solutions that enable the organization to leverage AI technologies effectively. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of these systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and implement AI strategies, and driving innovation within the AI operations domain.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of AI infrastructure solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement AI strategies
  • Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of AI infrastructure solutions
  • Drive innovation within the AI operations domain
  • Monitor and optimize AI infrastructure performance
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in AI infrastructure management or a related field
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex AI projects
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and their applications
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Experience with AI frameworks and libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
  • Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Experience with AI governance and compliance
  • Experience with AI ethics and fairness

Pay

$120,000 - $150,000 annually
