Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, deploy, and maintain AI and machine learning solutions in production environments.
  • Build and optimize applications leveraging large language models (LLMs), agentic AI frameworks, and intelligent automation.
  • Develop scalable workflows that support data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency.
  • Apply machine learning, statistical modeling, and advanced analytics techniques to solve complex business problems.
  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
  • Develop predictive models and analytical solutions that support key business objectives.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines and workflows that support AI and analytics applications.
  • Implement monitoring, performance tracking, and model management processes.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and production-ready.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Support governance, compliance, privacy, and data management best practices.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, analytics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments.
  • Experience with large language models (LLMs), machine learning frameworks, and modern AI technologies.
  • Strong understanding of predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and data-driven decision making.
  • Experience building scalable data pipelines and production-grade analytics solutions.
  • Proficiency with Python and modern data science and machine learning tools.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Preferred: Experience with agentic AI frameworks, RAG architectures, vector databases, and retrieval systems.
  • Preferred: Experience with cloud platforms and modern data ecosystems.
  • Preferred: Background in highly regulated or data-intensive industries.
  • Preferred: Experience leading large-scale AI and analytics initiatives.
  • Preferred: Advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
