About Fi

Fi is a team of veterans from Square, Google, Oura, Peloton, Uber, and more, building cutting‑edge technology to transform the human‑pet relationship. The company offers real‑time location tracking, activity, sleep, and behavior monitoring, aiming to bridge the communication gap between pets and their owners.

Responsibilities

  • Own hands‑on execution across the full Google Ads portfolio: Search (brand and non‑brand), Performance Max, Demand Gen, Shopping, and YouTube—building campaigns, managing bidding, pacing budgets, and making scaling decisions.
  • Manage Amazon Ads end‑to‑end: Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP—setting spend strategy, keyword and product targeting priorities, and supporting new product launches.
  • Own channel CAC against acquisition targets while protecting volume, managing payback and contribution margin, and partnering with Finance on true unit economics.
  • Develop YouTube strategy across upper and lower funnel, balancing reach versus Demand Gen and conducting reallocation tests.
  • Manage Performance Max with appropriate asset groups, audience signals, and brand exclusions, ensuring spend visibility.
  • Lead the creative brief‑to‑asset pipeline for paid search, YouTube, and Amazon, representing the channels in creative reviews and collaborating with Brand and Creative teams.
  • Maintain measurement and signal quality end‑to‑end: conversion tagging accuracy, enhanced conversions, consent handling, customer match, existing‑member exclusion lists, and brand safety controls for YouTube and Display.
  • Oversee paid‑side requirements, QA, and troubleshooting for Shopping feeds and Amazon detail pages, partnering with internal feed teams and retail/merchandising on page content and imagery.
  • Build and maintain reporting in Northbeam and Databricks, including Amazon CAC and unit reporting against plan, plus a weekly performance narrative reconciled with source‑of‑truth data.
  • Run incrementality and testing practices (lift studies, geo tests) to validate spend drives net‑new customers and own performance read‑across Google and Amazon.
  • Lead peak planning for product launches, BFCM, holiday, and Amazon deal events (e.g., Prime Day), covering budget scenarios, creative readiness, bidding strategy, and relationships with Google and Amazon reps.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in performance marketing with deep, hands‑on ownership of Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube) at a DTC or subscription brand, demonstrating scaled accounts against CAC, ROAS, or contribution‑margin targets.
  • Hands‑on Amazon Ads ownership at meaningful spend across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and preferably DSP, with examples of restructuring accounts to improve CAC or TACoS and understanding of detail page content, reviews, Buy Box, and pricing impacts.
  • Fluency in payback and LTV‑to‑CAC calculations for hardware‑plus‑subscription models, including margin‑based LTV and payback period judgment.
  • Experience running YouTube as both a reach and performance channel, including design and interpretation of conversion lift or brand lift studies.
  • Proficiency with Google tag setup, enhanced conversions, customer match, and exclusion list management.
  • Ability to query and analyze data in SQL or a BI tool, challenging platform‑reported results and building cases against last‑touch attribution through testing.
  • Clear communication skills, capable of briefing executives and producing concise performance recaps for non‑marketers.
  • Bonus: Experience with hardware‑plus‑subscription or other considered‑purchase products, or familiarity with media‑mix modeling.

Benefits

  • Flexible PTO to recharge.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Wellness perks: free access to One Medical, Kindbody, and Talkspace.
  • Dog‑friendly office – pups are welcome.
  • $500 annual donation to a dog charity of your choice through the BarkBack Program.
  • Free Fi membership for your pet(s) to receive all collar benefits.
  • Employee gifting program for friends and family.
