Senior Manager - Acounting & Finance Transformation

About the role

Drive enterprise-wide change within the Finance Group, with exposure to executive leadership and the Chief Accounting Officer. The role leads ERP and financial systems projects, process improvement, automation, SOX controls, and standardized operations across global entities, offering a collaborative culture and opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ERP and financial systems transformation projects, from requirements gathering through implementation and post-go-live stabilization.
• Serve as the key contact for financial systems projects, including system replacements and integration of acquired entities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to re-engineer accounting processes across record-to-report, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and intercompany transactions.
• Drive automation, data readiness, chart of accounts standardization, close procedures, and global reporting improvements.
• Design SOX-compliant internal control frameworks and support policy development for best practice adoption.
• Foster teamwork, share knowledge, and maintain dependable relationships across departments.

Requirements

• Big 4 public accounting and private industry experience, ideally within finance transformation.
• Proven experience leading global ERP implementations or financial systems upgrades in SOX-compliant environments.
• Advanced US GAAP knowledge, with commercial real estate experience highly desirable.
• Strong systems and analytical skills, including Oracle, FloQast, Coupa, Workiva, Excel, and data visualization tools.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, continuous learning, prioritization, and attention to detail.
