Senior Manager, Accounting & Controllership

About the role

The Senior Manager, Accounting & Controllership position is available in the Raytheon Financial Accounting organization. This role supports multiple accounting projects at the Raytheon level, requiring collaboration across various groups for ongoing initiatives and ad-hoc projects such as re-organizations and divestitures.

Responsibilities

• Accounting support for acquisitions, divestitures and re-organizations
• Accounting support for international sites and joint ventures
• Activities arising from system transitions (OneStream, eHub)
• GAAP Cash Flow analysis
• Audit request support from various audit agencies
• Monthly, quarterly and annual balance sheet flux analysis and reporting
• Review account reconciliations
• Special projects and analysis

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field & a minimum of 10 years finance experience; OR an Advanced degree and a minimum of 8 years finance experience
• Experience with SAP or a similar financial system
• U.S. Citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements
