About the role

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for managing and optimizing Torani’s external warehouse and distribution network. The role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, playing a key role in optimizing the 3PL network, improving service and cost performance, scaling operational capabilities, and ensuring inventory accuracy across multiple external warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-performing teams and create development opportunities for team members
• Build trusted partnerships with 3PL providers
• Design a scalable and future-ready distribution network
• Partner closely with Customer Service, Deployment, external 3PL partners, Finance, IT, Operations, Planning, and Transportation to support Torani’s long-term growth
• Play a key role in optimizing Torani’s 3PL network
• Assess operational capacity, storage requirements, transportation flow, systems capabilities, and long-term scalability across the network
• Implement effective governance routines to drive accountability and performance with 3PL providers
• Establish clear KPIs and business review processes focused on service, inventory accuracy, quality, productivity, and cost
• Identify issues, drive root-cause resolution, and continuously improve operational performance across the network
• Build strong inventory control processes to ensure accurate inventory across all 3PL warehouses
• Improve visibility, strengthen controls, and reduce inventory-related disruptions to the business
• Collaborate closely with Planning, Transportation, Customer Service, IT, and Warehouse Operations to ensure Torani’s external network can scale to support growth
• Lead with a continuous improvement mindset, balancing operational discipline with flexibility and innovation

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in logistics, distribution, warehouse operations, or supply chain leadership
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field
• Experience managing external warehouses and 3PL partner relationships, preferably in consumer goods distribution
• Experience working with ERP, WMS, and integrated logistics systems
• Proven ability to lead teams, develop people, and drive accountability
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and operational improvements

• Inventory Accuracy & Systems Alignment: Built strong inventory control processes to ensure accurate inventory across all 3PL warehouses. Physical inventory aligned with system inventory, and inventory reconciliation processes between Torani and 3PL warehouse systems were reliable and sustainable. Improved visibility, strengthened controls, and reduced inventory-related disruptions to the business.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Became a trusted cross-functional partner who proactively planned for future operational needs. Collaborated closely with Planning, Transportation, Customer Service, IT, and Warehouse Operations to ensure Torani’s external network could scale to support growth.
• Continuous Improvement: Helped drive process improvements, system enhancements, and operational changes that improved service and efficiency across the 3PL network. Led with a continuous improvement mindset, balancing operational discipline with flexibility and innovation.

At Torani, we offer a competitive salary range of $152,597 - $169,552.
