Accountabilities
- Provide senior-level advisory and operational support focused on business transformation, process improvement, and organizational effectiveness.
- Analyze complex information, develop performance insights, coordinate stakeholders, and support strategic initiatives.
- Support the design, implementation, and improvement of mission support business models, processes, and management practices.
- Develop and track strategic goals, improvement initiatives, and performance objectives.
- Create, maintain, and enhance business performance metrics, dashboards, reports, and executive communication materials.
- Collect, analyze, consolidate, and present operational information to support leadership decision-making.
- Manage and reconcile integrated schedules, task dependencies, and project tracking information using tools such as Microsoft Project and enterprise project management platforms.
- Facilitate meetings, document business processes, track action items, and support organizational change initiatives.
- Identify operational risks, process gaps, and improvement opportunities while recommending practical solutions.
Requirements
- Experience in management consulting, federal program support, business operations, and organizational improvement.
- Experience supporting government or federal business operations, strategic initiatives, management analysis, or program execution.
- Experience developing metrics, dashboards, reports, briefings, action plans, and decision-support materials.
- Experience coordinating with senior leaders, technical teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong background in process improvement, project integration, business operations, or mission support activities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to manage multiple priorities, coordinate activities, and support complex initiatives.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
