Senior Management Analyst
About the role
Everforth ECS supports the Defense Health Agency (DHA) to include DHA J-6, PEO Medical Systems / CIO, and Engineering, Solutions Architecture and IT Business Analytics (ESA-BAD) Division. The role integrates tools like SEMOSS, Python, R, and AI-driven analytics to develop enterprise dashboards, perform predictive analysis, and streamline reporting and planning activities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct organizational studies and evaluations
- Design dashboards, systems, and procedures
- Conduct work simplification and measurement studies
- Prepare operations and procedures manuals
- Support leadership with program analytics and management consulting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science or a related field
- Experience with OCONUS / Global Program Management and DoD IT systems maintenance and enhancements
- 5+ years of DoD work experience
- 10+ years total work experience in Business Intelligence
- Ability to quickly transition and reassess priorities to meet aggressive deadlines
- Ability to work with and manage stakeholder expectations
- Ability to communicate clearly in both face-to-face and electronic formats
- Attention to detail
Qualifications
Advance knowledge of cloud, cybersecurity, and/or virtual resource practices in a DHA or DOD environment. Experience with SEMOSS is a plus.
Skills
- Knowledge of the health sector
- Leverage data analysis and reporting tools to extract insights from healthcare data
- Support critical decision-making within the military and defense healthcare systems
