Senior Maintenance Technician - Sacramento

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Technician to join our team at properties in the Sacramento, CA area. The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused.

• Cleaning grounds, offices, and common areas
• Completing maintenance service requests
• Appliance repairs
• Painting and apartment turnovers
• Taking emergency calls

Requirements

• Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on a 200+ unit property
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.) is required
• Strong customer service attitude and ability to work in a team environment
• Reliable transportation is required
• Availability to work on-call rotation
• Must acknowledge and consent to audio recordings during work duties as a condition of employment

Pay

$23–$26 per hour, depending on experience
