Senior Maintenance Technician (61350)

Responsibilities

• Work with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and boiler systems
• Handle preventative maintenance to keep operations running smoothly
• Inspect equipment and ensure everything meets safety and code standards
• Step in to guide maintenance staff when leadership is unavailable
• Occasionally oversee outside contractors and ensure quality work
• Help support and mentor students involved in hands-on learning

Requirements

• High School Diploma required
• 5+ years of building maintenance experience
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and boiler systems
• Reliable, hands-on, and team-oriented
• Prior leadership experience preferred
• Valid driver's license required
