Senior Maintenance Landscaper
About the Role
To assist with the delivery of landscape construction projects, working safely and efficiently as part of a team. They will assist skilled landscapers in carrying out soft and hard landscaping activities such as planting, paving and soil preparation.
Key Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading materials
- Assisting with paving, edging and fencing installation
- Topsoil preparation and grading
- Planting, turfing and seeding
- Operating hand tools safely
- Maintaining clean and safe work areas
- Assisting plant operators and skilled landscapers
Health & Safety Responsibilities
Work in accordance with company Health & Safety policies. Follow company RAMS, PPE requirements and environmental procedures.
Essential Requirements
- Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Be reliable and punctual
- Must be physically fit and capable of outdoor work
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Right to work in the UK
- Valid green CSCS Labourers card (ROLO)
- Full UK Driving License
Desirable Qualifications
- First Aid training
- Manual Handling
- Previous landscaping or construction experience

Location: Various sites across the South of England with main office located in Basingstoke
Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent (subject to probation)
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience and qualifications. [PAYE: Salary £27,000 - £32,000] [CIS: £140 - £170 per day]
