About the role
Support advanced maintenance for biotech and pharmaceutical production equipment.
Responsibilities
- Perform complex preventive and corrective maintenance
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation issues
- Support installation and qualification of new systems
- Work in a GMP-regulated environment
- Partner with engineering, production, and quality teams to maximize equipment reliability, uptime, and safety
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in biotech/pharmaceutical maintenance
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing complex machinery
- Experience with GMP regulations and documentation
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
Skills
- Proficiency in maintenance software and tools
- Knowledge of biotech/pharmaceutical industry standards and practices
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

$80,000 - $100,000 annually
