Senior Magento Developer

Job Summary

A Senior Magento Developer with at least 5 years of Magento experience is needed. Minimum of 5 Magento eCommerce implementations are required. Solid understanding of Object Oriented Programming concepts and familiarity with the MVC design pattern are essential. Good working knowledge of MySQL / SQL and experience with the LAMP stack is advantageous. Knowledge of HTML (XHTML Strict & HTML5), CSS (CSS2 and CSS3), and Magento Certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate business solutions involving eCommerce and 3rd party integrations for Payment processing.
• Collaborate with team members to establish an architecture for the end to end eCommerce solutions using Magento as a platform.
• Prepare and stage production builds, and verify production releases.
• Meet technical and business expectations, with supporting technical documentations.

Requirements

• Magento expert with a minimum of 5 years hands-on experience.
• Proficient in PHP, JavaScript, MySQL, HTML, LAMP development/coding, MVC Framework (Zend or Yii), and JavaScript Frameworks (JQuery, Dojo).
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
