Senior Machine Learning Engineer (REMOTE)

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize ML models to enhance product capabilities
• Translate AI prototypes into scalable production systems
• Improve model accuracy and generalization across diverse datasets
• Establish technical best practices and contribute to design discussions
• Collaborate with product teams to deliver impactful AI features
• Integrate ML systems with the company’s architecture and analytics
• Promote responsible AI principles, focusing on governance and fairness

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, software development, or related fields
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn
• Experience building and deploying ML models in production at scale, preferably in cloud environments
• Knowledge of data modeling, feature engineering, and statistical analysis
• Hands-on experience with ETL frameworks like Spark, Airflow, or dbt
• Understanding of MLOps practices, including model monitoring and CI/CD
• Effective communication skills to collaborate across technical teams
