About the role

This is a hybrid role, working out of our Boston, MA office 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content for various channels.
  • Manage social media accounts to engage with the audience and promote products/services.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to inform future strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and other analytics tools.

Qualifications

  • Experience with content creation and copywriting.
  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms like Mailchimp or Constant Contact.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Pay

Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually.
