Daily Responsibilities
- Build and deploy advanced AI and machine learning models for professional research tools
- Design and improve large-scale, distributed ML systems and enterprise platforms
- Develop and integrate agent-based AI workflows and retrieval systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure AI solutions are scalable and secure
Requirements
- Strong experience with AI/ML and agentic workflows
- Strong experience with LLM and RAG architecture
- Experience with vector databases
- Proficiency with Python
- Exposure to MLOps
- Experience building technology for the legal, compliance, or another highly regulated industry
- 12+ years of development experience, or 8+ years of development experience with a PhD Degree in a relevant field
