Senior Machine Learning Engineer, Bidding Science

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Responsibilities

• Design and implement core bidding algorithms and auction mechanisms
• Architect scalable bid landscape forecasting systems
• Analyze marketplace dynamics for insights and algorithm enhancements
• Conduct offline evaluations and online A/B experiments to validate models
• Work closely with product and engineering teams for project success

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in machine learning and optimization of real-time systems
• Proficient in Python and familiar with deep learning frameworks, notably PyTorch
• Deep understanding of online experimentation and metric design
• Demonstrated success in leading complex projects with measurable outcomes
• Experience with large datasets and distributed computing (strong plus)

Pay

$159,600 – $239,400 annually
