Senior Machine Learning Engineer

For our client, a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space, we are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join their team. This role focuses on the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery, working across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.

Location: Remote (US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available).

Responsibilities

• Implement advanced machine learning models to tackle pricing challenges.
• Collaborate with product, business, and engineering teams.
• Analyze and validate the impact of algorithmic adjustments on business metrics.
• Act as a subject matter expert in machine learning or experimentation.
• Present recommendations and insights to key stakeholders.
• Design and conduct complex experiments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of industry experience in machine learning and statistics with proven results.
• PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Statistics, or a similar field.
• Proficient in building and deploying machine learning models.
• Skilled in experiment design, analysis, and reporting.
• 4+ years of experience in Python development.
• Able to effectively present findings to stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead technical projects and influence team output.

Pay

$125,000 – $150,000 annually.
