Senior Machine Learning Engineer, Matching & Recommendations At Bumble, we’re building the Love Company — a place where healthy, equitable relationships and friendships can start and grow. As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, Matching & Recommendations, you’ll help build and evolve the ML systems that power how members discover and connect with one another. You’ll work hands-on across recommendations, retrieval, ranking, personalization, experimentation, and production ML, partnering closely with Engineering, Product, Data Science, and Analytics to translate member needs into scalable ML solutions. You’ll own complex projects across the ML lifecycle — from modeling and evaluation through deployment, monitoring, and iteration — while contributing to a culture of technical excellence, curiosity, and responsible AI.
