Responsibilities

• Interface directly with customers to resolve issues promptly and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Strategically plan and execute operations, identifying and solving operational issues through continuous improvement and LEAN initiatives.
• Hire, supervise, and develop employees, fostering a positive work environment.
• Maintain open communications within the workgroup and across the organization.
• Review and implement necessary actions based on data analysis.
• Manage profit and loss statements based on the complexity and scope of the organization.
• Lead a proactive safety program, ensuring a safe and secure work environment.
• Instruct and enforce safety management plans and processes.
• Maintain and monitor equipment for assigned workgroups.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred.
• Master's degree in Business, Logistics, Transportation or related field preferred.
• Five (5) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or industry-related fields.
• Five (5) years or more managing, leading, and developing direct reports.
• Three (3) years or more profit and loss responsibility preferred.
• One (1) year or more customer interaction experience preferred.

Pay

Annual Salary: $98,000 per year

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
