Responsibilities
- Interface directly with customers to resolve issues promptly and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Strategically plan and execute operations, identifying and solving operational issues through continuous improvement and LEAN initiatives.
- Hire, supervise, and develop employees, fostering a positive work environment.
- Maintain open communications within the workgroup and across the organization.
- Review and implement necessary actions based on data analysis.
- Manage profit and loss statements based on the complexity and scope of the organization.
- Lead a proactive safety program, ensuring a safe and secure work environment.
- Instruct and enforce safety management plans and processes.
- Maintain and monitor equipment for assigned workgroups.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- H.S. diploma/GED required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred.
- Master's degree in Business, Logistics, Transportation or related field preferred.
- Five (5) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or industry-related fields.
- Five (5) years or more managing, leading, and developing direct reports.
- Three (3) years or more profit and loss responsibility preferred.
- One (1) year or more customer interaction experience preferred.

- Ability to effectively manage profit & loss statements may be necessary depending on the complexity and scope of the operation (preferred).

- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up practices.

Pay
Annual Salary: $98,000 per year
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
