Responsibilities
- Manage Procurement Budgets by segregated funding lines.
- Serve as an interface between customers, engineers, and vendors.
- Track need dates and ETAs to ensure successful mission execution.
- Consolidate procurement metrics for incorporation into Monthly Status Reports (MSRs) or briefings.
- Manage procurement activities throughout the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle.
- Utilize Purchasing Card (PCard) authority to execute quick-reaction online and local purchases.
- Capture and maintain accountability of Contractor Acquired Property (CAP) and associated records in accordance with government and corporate requirements.
- Support logistics planning and material readiness activities for operational and customer requirements.
- Execute MDATs and DD1149s on classified and/or unclassified networks.
- Perform annual inventory.
- Utilize JIRA to manage CAP tickets.
- Provide responsive customer support in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Respond to customer requests and mission priorities with urgency and professionalism.
- Support customer meetings, reviews, and operational planning activities.
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
- U.S. Citizenship.
- Experience supporting logistics, procurement, inventory management, program coordination, financial tracking, or operational support functions.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including advanced Microsoft Excel skills for reporting, financial tracking, data analysis, inventory management, and metric development.
- Experience utilizing Purchasing Cards (PCard) and supporting procurement activities.
- Knowledge of Contractor Acquired Property (CAP) requirements and accountability procedures.
- Experience utilizing JIRA for workflow management, reporting, and project coordination.
- Experience performing inventory control functions, asset accountability, and logistics operations.
- Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or within a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness to utilize a personal vehicle for local travel and deliveries when required.
- Ability to operate company-provided vehicles (DOT CDL – Not Required).
- Ability to travel as required to support customer and mission requirements.
