Senior Logistics Intelligence, Quantification, and Supply Chain Performance Advisor, DOS LEAP Global - Niger
About the role
thenprose summarizing the role description (company, program, objectives, nature, supervisory arrangements). Must preserve all substantive info; we cannot summarize away detail. But we can keep the details in prose; we need to include all specifics. That's a lot; we can embed them as sentences. We must not repeat job title. The job title is not given explicitly but maybe "Technical Expert in Logistics Intelligence, forecasting, and Supply Chain Performance". We should not repeat it as heading. We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. Already removed. Now produce HTML fragment. Let's craft About the role paragraph: ZemiTek, LLC is a Woman-Owned, SBA-certified 8(a) Small Disadvantaged Business based in the Washington, DC metro area, delivering innovative solutions since 2007. Through its joint venture Global Solutions Ventures (GSV) with Dexis Consulting Group, it implements the Long-term Exceptional Technical Assistance Project (LEAP Global), now under the U.S. Department of State, which aims to strengthen national infectious disease programs by embedding technical expert advisors. The position supports Niger’s National Malaria Control Program (NMCP) in sustaining institutional capacities in logistics intelligence, quantification, data analysis, and supply chain performance management to improve malaria commodity availability. The Advisor will work within NMCP’s Supply and Stock Management (GAS) team, collaborating with pharmacists, M&E teams, Directorate of Pharmacy, Medicine, and Traditional Medicine, ONPPC, and technical/financial partners, under administrative recruitment by the implementing partner, technical supervision by the NMCP Coordinator, and functional integration into the GAS team, with joint validation of work plans by NMCP and the implementing partner. Reporting includes a detailed monthly report to the U.S. Department of State by the 5th day of the following month and a weekly progress report to the U.S. Embassy/Department of State with participation in weekly calls. That seems to capture most. Now Responsibilities: we need
- for list. We'll combine main responsibilities, expected deliverables, expected results, reporting maybe already covered but we can keep reporting as a bullet.

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in public health supply chain management.
- Proven experience in supply quantification and planning.
- Demonstrated experience using QAT or similar forecasting and supply planning tools.
- Experience in analyzing and leveraging logistics data.
- Experience using DHIS2, eLMIS, or other logistics information systems.

Now Qualifications: maybe we can treat the degree and training as qualifications, but we already put them in Requirements. To avoid duplication, we could move degree/training to Qualifications and keep experience in Requirements. Let's decide: Requirements = experience; Qualifications = education/training; Skills = abilities list.
Thus:
Requirements (
- ) list experience items.
Qualifications (
- ) list degree and training.
Skills (
- ) list abilities. Now we must ensure we don't repeat content. Let's split: Experience items (Requirements): - Minimum of 10 years of experience in public health supply chain management. - Proven experience in supply quantification and planning. - Demonstrated experience using QAT or similar forecasting and supply planning tools. - Experience in analyzing and leveraging logistics data. - Experience using DHIS2, eLMIS, or other logistics information systems. - Proven experience developing analytical tools, dashboards, and performance monitoring mechanisms. - Experience collaborating with U.S. Government‑funded partners and projects (strongly desired). - Experience on U.S. Government‑funded projects (major asset). - Experience in pharmaceutical waste management (desired).
